Fibre hemp flowers (Cannabis sativa L.) – plants which originate from Asia, currently grown in the whole world, including Poland. True (fibre) hemp contains various valuable substances. These include primarily cannabinoids, vitamins (A, group B vitamins, as well as C, E and K), minerals (such as iron, sodium, phosphorus, sulphur, potassium, magnesium, zinc, calcium, manganese, silicon, copper, boron, and iodine). It also contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids as well as: phytosterols, canniflavins, terpenes, phospholipids, sesquiterpenes, chlorophyll, essential oils and dietary fibre. Fibre hemp contains many valuable amino acids, such as: methionine, cysteine and arginine.

Thanks to the content of so many valuable ingredients, it can support maintaining the emotional balance of the body and contribute to maintaining an optimal quality of sleep and a good mood.
