Yes, there are no contraindications to simultaneous use of other DuoLife dietary supplements.

DuoLife My Gastrin dietary supplement can be taken either before or after the meal. Using herbal raw ingredients before the meal boosts gastric juices secretion, improves appetite and promotes regular bowel movements, thus preventing constipation. Taking these substances after the meal, on the other hand, supports digestive processes and helps relieve symptoms of indigestion such as fullness after meal, bloating, gas, and eructation.

DuoLife My Gastrin dietary supplement should be taken as per instructions on the label. Recommended dose for people over 12 years of age is 25-50 ml once a day, before or after the main meal. A dose of 25 ml can be also taken twice a day, before or after the meal. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.
