Organic pea shoots found in DuoLife's Keratin Hair Complex was subject to clinical trials conducted by the Manufacturer on a group of 21 volunteers with mild to moderate hair loss. The extract was taken by mouth, at a dose of 100 mg per day, for two months. Hair loss was measured three times: on the first day of the trial, after a month and after two months of using the extract. There was a statistically significant hair loss decrease by 34% after one month of using the product, and by 37% following 2 months of use. A visible improvement in hair thickness was also noted. At the same time, we would like to highlight that daily dose of organic pea shoot extract used in the above-mentioned research equalled 100 mg and is identical with the dose found in recommended daily portion (50 ml) of DuoLife Keratin Hair Complex dietary supplement.
