We recommend drinking the beverage immediately after preparation.

There is no need to add sparkling water as the effervescent tablets contain the ingredients that are responsible for fizz. Dissolving the effervescent tablet in sparkling water should not affect its properties, but we still recommend using still water.

We do not recommend dissolving several tablets in one glass of water at the same time.

Yes, they can be combined if necessary. Remember to dissolve each product in a separate glass of water.

DuoLife FIZZY EASY Mg + K + B Complex dietary supplement contains as many as 11 active ingredients, including vitamins and minerals that support the heart, muscles, nervous system, and electrolyte balance. The product recipe was additionally enriched with BioPerine®*, a proprietary, patented formula of natural origin with proven properties enhancing the absorption of nutrients contained in the dietary supplement. There is no specified supplementation period for DuoLife Boost Formula FIZZY EASY Mg + K + B Complex. DuoLife Boost Formula FIZZY EASY Mg + K + B Complex dietary supplement can be taken for as long as needed.  

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass (200 ml) of cool water and consume immediately after preparation. Use once a day. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.
