Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass (200 ml) of cool water and consume immediately after preparation. Take two tablets a day. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.  

DuoLife Boost Formula FIZZY EASY Energy Complex should not be used if you have a hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients. This dietary supplement is not recommended for use in children as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women. In case of chronic illness or chronic drug treatment, we recommend contacting a physician to decide on additional supplementation. Due to the caffeine content, do not consume with other products that contain caffeine or other ingredients that have similar effects.

A daily dose (2 effervescent tablets) contains 170 mg of caffeine. Just to give an example, an average cup (100 ml) of brewed coffee contains about 50 mg of caffeine and coffee from a drip coffee maker contains about 70 mg of caffeine.

In case of chronic illness and chronic drug treatment, we recommend that you consult your doctor to decide on additional supplementation.

Yes, they can be combined if necessary. Remember to dissolve each product in a separate glass of water. 

There is no need to add sparkling water as the effervescent tablets contain the ingredients that are responsible for fizz. Dissolving the effervescent tablet in sparkling water should not affect its properties, but we still recommend using still water.

We do not recommend dissolving several tablets in one glass of water at the same time.
