ProRelaxin®

this is a properitary formula from sweet orange. Sweet orange (also known as citrus sinensis) contains many active ingredients, including antioxidative polyphenols, unsaturated fatty acids, and limonene present in the essential oil (ca. 90% of the oil composition).

Common hop

hop cones, or hop infructescences, contain lupulin, a yellow powder with valuable anti-oxidising properties. Moreover, hop is rich in flavonoids, specifically xanthohumol, a strong antioxidant with 4-fold more potent antioxidative properties than vitamin C.

Hop:

• has tranquilising (soothing) properties and supports good sleep.
• helps women cope with the typical symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, sweating, anxiety and irritability.

Lemon balm herb extract

melissa officinalis is also called lemon balm. It is native to mediterranean countries, where the properties of lemon balm have been used in cooking and traditional medicine. The properties of lemon balm were known and appreciated as early as in the 1st century AD.

Lemon balm:

• helps maintain positive mood. It helps maintain optimal relaxation and good mental and physical well-being.
• promotes better sleep. It contributes to reduced tension. It contributes to reduced irritability. It helps alleviate restlessness.

Lavender flower extract

a rich source of essential oil composed in 60-65% of monoterpene alcohols, particularly linalool; moreover, it contains coumarin, flavonoids, tannins and sterols.

Lavender:

• promotes better sleep. It contributes to reduced tension. It helps alleviate restlessness. It contributes to reduced irritability.
• contributes to an optimal state of relaxation, supports healthy sleep and helps with functional abdominal complaints.

Saffron flower extract

saffron (saffron crocus) has been known for centuries as a spice and a plant with beneficial effects for the body. The active ingredients of the saffron are its essential oils and glycosides: crocetin and crocin, responsible for its yellow-orange colour, picrocrocin, giving it its taste, and safranal, responsible for its smell. Picrocrocin and saffranal together represent up to 4% of the saffron; it is thought that the higher their content, the better the quality of the saffron.

L-tryptophan

is an exogenous amino acid of plant origin; it cannot be synthesised by the human body and must be supplied with food. This amino acid is a precursor of many important bioactive compounds, including serotonin, tryptamine, melatonin and vitamins PP and B6.

Maca root extract

a source of easily absorbable protein. Maca is a plant with special biological properties, cultivated on Andean plateaus in Peru. Health promoting effects of the maca root are determined by the presence of biologically active substances: polyphenols (flavonoids, anthocyanins), tannins, saponins, prostaglandins, alkaloids, sterols (β-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol) and amides of polyunsaturated fatty acids (macaens and macamides).

Spirulina

spirulina (Arthrospira) is a type of blue-green algae (cyanobacteria). Spirulina has valuable properties due to its content of vitamins (C, E, PP and group B), minerals (P, Fe, Ca, K, Na, Mg) and a full set of amino acids, as well as unsaturated fatty acids, carotenoids and chlorophyll.

Instructions for use: 1-2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose. The product cannot be a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are essential for the proper functioning of the body.
