Active ingredients:

Powdered hop cones contain aromatic resin (lupulin), essential oil, bitter substances and other components supporting the nervous system. They work effectively in case of trouble with falling asleep and improve the quality of sleep. It also lifts the mood and improves the cognitive functions.
Powdered melissa (lemon balm) leaves contain terpenes, which have a positive impact on the central nervous system. They help to keep mental and physical balance. They relax the nervous system in the states of nervous exhaustion and they ease anxiety states.
Lavender flowers extract is a rich source of essential oils, which help to maintain the normal psychological functions and assist the healthy nervous system. It helps to reduce weariness and fatigue. It displays adaptogenic properties; it helps to achieve an optimal level of mental activity, it supports physical and mental abilities in the states of fatigue and weariness.

Spirulina thanks to the content of B-group vitamins, including vitamin B12, perfectly regenerates the cells of the central nervous system. Natural spirulina displays excellent assimilation – nearly 85% – 95%. Made up of complete amino acids, spirulina may support the regeneration of the nervous system and protect brain cells.
