Hawthorn fruit extract

flavonoids and proanthocyanidins are the main ingredients found in hawthorn fruits. They include rutin, hyperoside and vitexin.Hawthorn is also a valuable source of vitamin C, as well as organic acids and mineral salts.

Hibiscus flower extract

Hibiscus owes its valuable properties to polyphenols (mainly flavonoids and anthocyanins), organic acids, phytosterols and fatty acids found in the raw material.

Hibiscus:

• blood circulation in the microvessels* Helps reduce the heavy legs sensation.
• supports body vitality.

Red grape skin extract

grapes contain:

• vitamins: A, C, B1, B2, B6, PP, E, K and folic acid;

• simple sugars: an easily digestible source of energy;
• polyphenols - resveratrol and anthocyanins. Resveratrol belongs to compounds with potent antioxidative properties. Resveratrol is synthesised, for example, in grape skin in response to fungal infections, oxidative stress, and UV radiation.

Pomegranate extract

pomegranates include:

• 10-20% sugars constituting a valuable energy source;
• 2-5% organic acids (mainly citric and malic acid);
• vitaminc C, E, B vitamins, β-carotene;
• minerals: calcium, zinc, potassium, selenium and copper;
• tannins (up to 30% in the skin);
• polyphenols: anthocyanins and phenolic acids (especially ellagic and gallic acid).

Chokeberry extract

chokeberry is sometimes referred to as a 'superfruit'. Chokeberry fruits contain anthocyanins, flavonols, phenolic acids and also, additionally, tannins, as well as vitamins (C, B2, B6, E, P, PP) and mineral ingredients (molybdenum, manganese, copper, boron, iodine). Polyphenols are probably the most important active ingredients of chokeberry. They are responsible for the majority of their health promoting properties.

Baikal skullcap is a plant native to eastern Russia and the adjacent areas of Mongolia and China.Active ingredients of Baikal skullcap decide about its valuable properties. The following deserve a honourable mention:

• flavonoids - they’re the main active ingredient of Baikal scullcap. So far, around 40 different flavonoids have been discovered. Baicalin, baicalenin, voconoside and vogonin are among the most valuable ones;
• essential oils - thanks to them, Baikal skullcap has a pleasant scent and sweet taste, as well as many other properties valuable for the human body. Up until now, over 60 various essential oils were found in it;
• terpenoids - as of right now, three various terpenoid types were identified in Baikal skullcap.

Instructions for use: 1-2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose. The product cannot be a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are essential for the proper functioning of the body.
