CogniviaTM*

a proprietary formula based on 5:1 organic garden sage (Salvia officinalis) extract and organic microcapsulated lavender sage (Salvia lavandulifolia) essential oil. CogniviaTM* is a clinically tested formula. A dose or dose equivalents of 300-600 mg of formula per day were used in clinical trials. This dose is contained in 25-50 ml of DuoLife My Mind food supplement.

Aronvit®

a proprietary formula with chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa) fruit extract standardised to contain 25% anthocyanins. Chokeberry fruits contain, among others: anthocyanins, flavonols, phenolic acids and tannins, as well as vitamins (C, B2, B6, E, PP) and minerals (molybdenum, manganese, copper, boron, iodine, cobalt). The Aronvit® formula has been clinically tested.

MecobalActive®**

a proprietary active formula of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Methylcobalamin found in the formula is produced in a safe, controlled process based on the idea of the so-called 'green chemistry', from the base compound – cyanocobalamin – which, in turn, is obtained in the process of fermentation (being thus an ingredient of natural origin).

Vitamin B12:

Acerola fruit extract

acerola fruits contain a very high dose of vitamin C; 100 g of fresh fruit weight contains 1,000–4,500 mg of the vitamin. Acerola fruit extract found in the composition of DUOLIFE My Mind is standardised to contain 50% of this vitamin. Moreover, acerola fruits contain many other valuable compounds, such as anthocyanins and carotenoids, including beta-carotene (provitamin A) and mineral ingredients (potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron). Additionally, B vitamins are also found in these fruits. 

Schisandra chinesis fruit extract

standardised to contain 10% schisandrin) – the Schisandra berry is naturally found in mountain forests and river valleys, mainly in Russia, Korea, Japan and China. In Chinese, the name of this plant means 'fruit of five flavours', because the skin and flesh taste sweet and sour, while the seeds are tangy, bitter, and salty. In Asia, Schisandra is grown not only for decorative purposes, but above all for its fruit, which is rich in many valuable nutrients. The most important group of compounds present in the Schisandra berries include polyphenols – lignans (schizandrols and schizandrins). Additionally, the fruits are rich in organic acids (such as citric and malic acid), vitamins (such as vitamin C and E), and minerals (such as zinc, manganese, copper and iron). Schisandra berry also contains tannins, carbohydrates and an essential oil rich in citral whose smell resembles lemons.

Schisandra berry fruit extract has adaptogenic properties.

Ginkgo biloba leaf extract

ginkgo biloba is a plant originating in China, particularly valued and used for years in Europe due to its valuable properties. Ginkgo biloba extract contains over 60 bioactive ingredients. However, two main groups – flavonoids and terpenoids – are essential. The extract found in DUOLIFE My Mind is standardised to contain high amounts of both flavonoid glycosides (24%) and terpene lactones (6%).

Ginkgo biloba:

• may help maintain normal brain function in older people. 
• helps maintain optimal cognitive functions and supports memory in older people.
• helps maintain mental balance.

Roseroot root extract 

the valuable properties of the roseroot (also called the Arctic root) result from its content of phenylpropanoids (called rosavins), flavonoids, phenolic acids (mainly salidroside) and monoterpenes. The ratio of rosavins to salidroside in this raw material is 3:1.

Roseroot:

• helps maintain optimal mental and cognitive activity.
• is an adaptogen that supports the nervous system function.
• is an antioxidant; it helps protect cells from the damaging effects of free radicals.

Rosemary leaf extract -

rosemary is a plant known for centuries, originating from the Mediterranean areas of southern Europe. Active compounds of rosemary include, among others, terpenoids – these compounds show synergistic effect with terpenoids found in lavender sage essential oil found in Cognivia™*.

Bacopa monnieri/Brahmi leaf extract

active compounds include triterpenoids belonging to the group of steroid saponins: bacosides, bacopazides and bacosaponins, as well as antioxidant polyphenols and health-promoting phytosterols (stigmasterol and beta-sitosterol).

Bacopa monnieri may help support concentration and memory. It helps maintain optimal cognitive functions.

Inositol

inositol is a simple organic compound that can be synthesized by the human body (although in limited quantities). On an industrial scale inositol is obtained in hydrolysis of phytic acid isolated from maize; therefore, inositol found in DUOLIFE My Mind is of natural origin.

Chokeberry extract

chokeberry is sometimes referred to as a 'superfruit'. Chokeberry fruits contain anthocyanins, flavonols, phenolic acids and also, additionally, tannins, as well as vitamins (C, B2, B6, E, P, PP) and mineral ingredients (molybdenum, manganese, copper, boron, iodine). Polyphenols are probably the most important active ingredients of the chokeberry fruit, responsible for the majority of their health promoting properties.

Red grape juice 

contains:

• vitamins: A, C, B1, B2, B6, PP, E, K and folic acid;
• minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, manganese, selenium, fluorine;
• simple sugars: an easily digestible source of energy;
• polyphenols - resveratrol and anthocyanins. Resveratrol is synthesised in grape skins in response to fungal infections, oxidative stress and UV radiation.

Instructions for use: 

People aged over 12: 25-50 ml in the morning, with a meal. Take with water. Shake before each use. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose. The product cannot be a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are essential for the proper functioning of the body.
